A dynamic website contains information that changes, depending on the time of the day, the time zone, the native language of the country the viewer, and other factors. Dynamic pages contain "server-side" code, which allows the server to generate unique content each time the page is loaded. They access database information, which enables the page's content to be generated from information stored in the database. Dynamic content is HTML content on your website, forms, landing pages, or emails that changes based on the viewer. As people match the criteria set for dynamic content (like an industry, job title,
or even a score or grade), a variation of content will display that’s relevant to that viewer.
Dynamic Web pages are capable of producing different content for different visitors(based on operating system or browser, PC or a mobile device) from the same source code file. Websites run by content management systems allow a single source code file to load the content of many different possible pages. Dynamic websites contain Web pages that are generated in real-time.
